Yes. One call during your published hours, and only after you confirm you own the business or are authorized to test it.
Will this book a patient?
No. The test is one website inquiry and calls to the front desk. We do not invent an emergency.
Do I need a card for the free score?
No. The free score is $0 and does not ask for a card.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime. Weekly tests stop. The refund page has the details.
Is the grade a promise of more bookings?
No. The grade and the revenue range are estimates from the tests we could run.
What if a payment fails?
A Wise payment link is paid or it is not. An unpaid link does not start the plan. Wise does not charge a card on file.
Which plan if I have more than one spa?
Multi covers up to five locations and is the plan we recommend for that. Agency is for a firm sending white-label reports to clients. Extra agency prospect scores are $5 each.
