Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page describes how Nodeable Score bills today.

The free score is $0. It does not ask for a card.

Paid plans are monthly. Each month is a one-time payment link through Wise. The link does not renew by itself. To keep the plan, pay the next month's link. You can cancel anytime by not paying the next link, or by writing to hello@nodeable.ai. Weekly re-tests stop when you cancel.

• Single: $49 per month, or $490 once for the year when that link is offered.
• Multi: $149 per month, or $1,490 once for the year when that link is offered.
• Agency: $299 per month, or $2,990 once for the year when that link is offered.

The year price is ten times the monthly price. That is two months free, paid once. It does not renew by itself. Extra agency prospect scores are $5 each when that meter is used.

Nodeable Score does not automatically refund a payment that was already collected. There is no separate money-back guarantee.

A Wise link is paid or it is not. An unpaid link does not start the plan, and Wise does not store a card for Nodeable Score. When card checkout is switched on, Stripe can bill a subscription instead. A failed Stripe payment marks the account past due. If it is still unpaid after 7 days, the plan returns to free and weekly tests pause.
